This workshop will examine how to safely teach momentum using physics and biomechanics as our guide. Although this is a rope-based workshop, the concepts can also be applied to other aerial apparatuses, including fabric and static/dance trapeze. The workshop will include engagement and alignment cues as well as safe progressions for learning.
