Becoming a Circademic: Combining academics and circus

You may be a circademic if… you think circus arts are good for people and you like to think about why that might be, you really like research and you also really like circus, or you’re trying to figure out how to link circus with a college degree. This workshop is for all circademics including parents, graduate or college students, and teens trying to figure out post-high-school plans. Attendees will hear about the career paths and current work of a panel of circademics (including Jen Agans, Jean St. John, Holly Adams, Carrie Heller, Colleen McIntee, Jackie Davis, and Amy Cohen), and will participate in discussions of their own ideas and plans with fellow attendees who share similar interests.
