Introduction to Tricking

Tricking is a training discipline that combines martial arts kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics as well as styles from breakdancing and capoeira. It aims to achieve an aesthetic display of different combinations of “tricks" or skills. Examples of tricking techniques include the Tornado Kick, Butterfly Kick, Gainer, and Cork. This workshop will focus on introducing the fundamental kicks, as well as higher level twists/flips, and skill combinations.

Freestyle Unicycle
Limited Capacity filling up

This workshop is for unicyclists looking to expand their unicycle skills. We will focus on spins, pirouettes, front/back spins, wheelwalking, and trick mounts. There will be a Q&A session to make sure we allot time for you to ask questions about tricks you are working on that we don't cover. Should be able to freemount, idle, and ride in small circles. Riding backwards is recommended, but not required.
