I Will Hold You Up
Limited Capacity full

Merging highly physical movement with creative expression, circus requires a great deal of trust, teamwork, risk, and vulnerability. Whether we are creating solo work or a group act, we depend on our fellows to support us, to hold our weight, to lift us up. These connections can take time to build within a circus ensemble or company, but are essential to creating work as a team. In this workshop, we will work together to cultivate deep ensemble connection and community quickly, through counterbalance, weight sharing, and creative movement, culminating in a group flying experience.
